US DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS:
Return instructions: we’re here to help!
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase from atelierallday.com, and you live in the US, you can send it back to us for a refund or credit within 10 days of receipt. Please email us at email@example.com for a Return Authorization Number and Form. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. You will receive an RA form via email - please print it and include it in your package with your original receipt. A Return Authorization must be granted and form must be included in your package. Returns without this RA number clearly marked, with accompanying paperwork will not be accepted. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need to exchange for another size or item, please place a new order online and return your original order for a refund.
Custom jewelry, sale items or special orders are final sale and cannot be returned. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Please allow 5 - 7 days for us to process your return, which will be refunded to the form of your original payment. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. A shipping fee of $8 will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
Atelier All Day does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn.

Ship your return on your own:
Should you prefer a different shipping option that provided above, you must still be granted a Return Authorization number, requested by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Using a trackable shipping method, send the merchandise, a copy of your packing slip and completed Return Authorization form which must include the Return Authorization number we provide you.
We recommend shipping all items through UPS or FedEx to the address we provide you once the Return Authorization is granted. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages. We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.
All international orders are final sale.
